Steam vac broke before the end of third use. Handle is like straw. Pro pet model vacuum is impossible to clean and loses suction before 60 hours of use.

Purchased a wonderful Shark Vacuum in 2004 for which replacement bags were available only from Shark. Purchased last set of bags in 2010. Called today to get more only to be told that they were discontinued in 2005. Common courtesy would demand that I should have been advised of same at the time of my last order so I could continue to enjoy using the machine. Not happy that you dont have a replacement glider for my older steam mop. And no shipping refund for the incorrect glider. Have a lot a shark products. No, not happy.

I used my slow cooker to cook some pork chops. when I removed the ceramic insert I noticed the inside had some of the drippings in the bottom. I looked at the bottom of the crock pot(glass insert) I saw a crack in it. There it goes in the trash. I am very disappointed with this product and cannot afford another one at this time. In 2004 I boughtEuro- pro steam cleaner with iron model #EP965 I loved this iron so much but about 2 month ago it would not work any more. I was so sad. Tried to find another one but nobody makes them any more! Help I loved this iron!!!!

My Shark Vaccum that you sold me on line is making a horrible noise and when I called 1-800-798-7398 and spoke to Anna a supervisor because the original rep. who answered was not at all helpful with my concerns. I was sold this machine and the shampoo machine under the premise that they were the best and came with a five year warranty. Euro Pro Operating - Terrible and unreliable product. Worst customer service

Bought my 1st Shark vacuum beginning of last year. Lasted for about 6 months. Gave it benefit of the doubt thinking It was just my "luck" and got a 2nd more expensive one. It's been 9 months and "surprise"! It doesn't work anymore. I called and they sent a replacement part that didn't fix the problem. Now my ONLY option is to PAY to send it back, wait 3-6 weeks for them to fix it and PAY AGAIN for them to send it back. They had the nerve to say... Read more

I had an excellent time getting my problem solved with customer service. My ninja prep had come with a damaged spindle but the customer service representative handled it like a pro. She took time to understand what my problem was sent me a replacement and emailed me the tracking information. The do stand behind thier products

I bought a Shark Navigator and it worked well for 2 1/2 months. Then the roller brush stopped rolling. I called Euro Pro and the diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent me a replacement part. The vacuum still didn't work. They gave me only two options under my 5-year warranty: return the vacuum at my expense (both ways) and they would repair it...it would take up to 6 weeks! I called Euro Pro to troubleshoot pocket steamer problem. Customer service representative for steamers was very helpful. I ordered a new one with a discount . Very nice. But I mentioned I was not happy with professional rotator vacuum nv50131. She then said she would transfer me over to the vacuum area and maybe they (customer service ) could do something for me.
