I had an excellent time getting my problem solved with customer service. My ninja prep had come with a damaged spindle but the customer service representative handled it like a pro. I bought a Shark Navigator and it worked well for 2 1/2 months. Then the roller brush stopped rolling. I called Euro Pro and the diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent me a replacement part. I called Euro Pro to troubleshoot pocket steamer problem. Customer service representative for steamers was very helpful. I ordered a new one with a discount . Very nice. I had a recall part. They assured me that the minute my return part was scanned into Fed Ex they would ship my replacement part. (I would not be without my vacuum for more then 3 days) ALL ***!!!!! That was on April 30th 2015. I am still waiting for my part. After multiple contacts with their customer service dept and Supervisors. They agreed to overnight my part for my inconvenience! GUESS... My wife bought one of their products and it broke in less than a year. I tried to find the piece on line, I tried to find a data sheet that shows the parts to no avail. I phoned your company today because the right handle fill off my crockpot when I went to move it. Thank God it just was only a couple inches from the counter or it would have scalded me with the hot chowder inside it. I ordered replacement parts on 01/30/2015 and waited 10 days before i had to call again, only to find out the parts were on back order. The revised ship date from California was 3 to 5 business days. Fourth time I used 6 qt. slow cooker and used for 7-8 hrs. on LOW. Seems there is a hot area opposite the control side of unit. At that area food being cooked sticks to the ceramic pot and is VERY HARD to remove. I have soaked the area for 2 days and it just don't want to let loose. Purchased Shark sweeper less than 6 months ago and extended warranty. Registered product and retained original receipt. Sweeper "bare floor" switch stopped working at all and motor had burning smell. The extended warranty would not apply because the appliance is still under warranty at the manufacturer. Contacted Shark.
