I phoned your company today because the right handle fill off my crockpot when I went to move it. Thank God it just was only a couple inches from the counter or it would have scalded me with the hot chowder inside it. I ordered replacement parts on 01/30/2015 and waited 10 days before i had to call again, only to find out the parts were on back order. The revised ship date from California was 3 to 5 business days. Fourth time I used 6 qt. slow cooker and used for 7-8 hrs. on LOW. Seems there is a hot area opposite the control side of unit. At that area food being cooked sticks to the ceramic pot and is VERY HARD to remove. I have soaked the area for 2 days and it just don't want to let loose. Purchased Shark sweeper less than 6 months ago and extended warranty. Registered product and retained original receipt. Sweeper "bare floor" switch stopped working at all and motor had burning smell. I had place an order for Shark deep cleaner as announce on TV since Dec 5th. My credit card was charge 305.64 on dec 12 and its pending and I have not recieved an email or my merchandise. Purchased several products from website that flys the 5 year VIP warranty banner. I come to find out that many of my products have 1 year warranties. Deceptive advertising about return policy. Unable to get return shipping labels by mail before they expired thus having to pay shipping to me when advertised FULL refund if not satisfied then shipping back as could not get labels to return as promised. Add comment
