This unit put food where I did not know there were places, on 08/01/2014. I called CS#800-798-7398, spoke with Jeromy, he was to have placed an order to replace my unit. Why would you sell a sewing machine that is supposed to be a embroidery machine and have it only embroider little patterns? Even momograms are small! And to top it off, I can't find any parts, even needles or bobbins that fit it! You would think such a big company would have them everywhere. I was cooking fish and the plug caught fire i was scared to death. I loved my deep fryer and now I don't have one. Please help me. I did not know that I had to have a hundred words or more. I have a year old oven and the control knob broke. I learned from the internet that this is very common and the company will supply replacements at N/C upon request. So far I have not found a number to call with that request.
