Everyone with any complaints report them to the Better Business B and your states Attorney Generals Office. they will help get your money back along with the FCC. by complaining to the BBB it will take away its A plus rating. but you have to contact them it all can be on line. Why would you sell a sewing machine that is supposed to be a embroidery machine and have it only embroider little patterns? Even momograms are small! And to top it off, I can't find any parts, even needles or bobbins that fit it! You would think such a big company would have them everywhere.
